The Cajun Connection is owned and operated by Ron McFarlain who is also the Cajun Chef.
Ron was born and raised in Lake Charles, Louisiana, in the heart of Cajun Country. He is the driving force behind the restaurant. All of the cajun dishes on the menu are comprised from Ron's own recipes. Ron's specialties consist of fresh battered Louisiana alligator, gumbo, jambalaya, etouffee', jumbo shrimp, boudin made weekly, and roasted pecan pie. Prices range from $1 to $15.
The Cajun
Connection hosts a crawfish boil after Ron makes a trip to Louisiana for supplies.
